PICKLE-H

Pickling inhibitor is a liquid chemical which when added in the acid tank forms a protective layer after the steel products are pickled for preventing the further attack of acid on steel.

Pickle-H is a especially formulated liquid chemical for use in hydrochloric acid pickling tanks. After completion of pickling action, it forms a thin layer of pickle-H, which protects the over reaction of hydrochloric acid with steel products.

Hence it reduces hydrochloric acid consumption since acid will not be used after the pickling operation is completed. It will also reduce the zinc consumption , it will go on corroding the products, thus making pits over the internal and external surfaces of the products, thus this action will result into more zinc consumption.

Hence pickle-H will save hydrochloric acid consumption, zinc consumption, and increase productivity.

APPLICATIONS

Pickle-H is especially suitable for use in galvanising mild steel wires, pipes, sheets, structures, plane and threaded components and other miscellaneous mild steel items.
