GALVA LIQUID FLUX

Liquid Flux is primarily used to prevent oxidation of activated cold rolled sheet (after being degreased and pickled) and then help in metallurgical bonding of zinc and steel. Without the use of proper liquid flux, galvanising of steel sheets cannot be thought unless the process is of non-ox type. Usage of bad quality flux will result into high zinc consumption and many galvanising defects like un-even and rough coating, blisters, black spots, ungalvanised patches etc.etc.

We have developed a unique liquid flux Galva Liquid Flux. Besides carrying out its major function of oxidation prevention, it minimizes fuming, spattering, high dross formation etc.etc. Its produces highly stable foam blanket on the top of the zinc bath, which removes various impurities like oxides, sulphates, chlorides etc. carried in from degreasing and pickling tanks.

Since the Galva Liquid Flux is manufactured from best quality chemicals, it adheres uniformly on to steel sheet resulting into uniform zinc coating, reduces zinc consumption, black spot prevention etc.etc. All these factors increases productivity and result into lower cost of galvanising.
