CLEAN DEGREASER

A degreaser is an essential chemical compound, which is used to remove various foreign oily matters like rust preventive oils, mill oils, greases etc. without fully removing foreign oily matters from the steel sheets, pickling, fluxing and hop dip galvanising processes cannot be carried out. Usage of bad quality degreaser will result into ungalvanised patches, black spots, rough galvanising etc. Hence the use of a good quality degreaser attains a special importance for sheet galvanising.

We manufacture a quality degreaser named clean Degreaser. It is a formulation of high quality strong alkaline salts, catalysts, stablisers etc. The solution of this degreaser at requisite concentration and temperature when sprayed on steel sheets cleans sheet surfaces perfectly so that subsequent operations like rinsing, pickling, fluxing and galvanising be carried out smoothly for effective galvanising.
